The access problem

Why this exists

0 0
Closed doors

Institutional arbitrage is off-limits to everyone else

Cross-market arbitrage runs on speed, infrastructure and capital. The desks that operate it don’t take outside money below institutional size.

0 0
Direction bets everywhere else

Most digital assets are still directional wagers

Most digital assets only pay off if the market moves the right way. With that much volatility, dependable income planning is close to impossible.

0 0
Opacity as standard

Terms that cannot be read cannot be checked

Many projects in this market never put their terms in writing. If you cannot read the terms, you cannot verify them. And should not trust them

AIBE takes a different route: a single strategy with written terms, open only to verified participants.
02
How it works

One price difference at a time

Arbitrage is the oldest idea in trading: the same asset, priced differently in two places, bought where it’s cheap and sold where it isn’t. No forecast, no directional bet – the profit is the gap itself. Hundreds of digital asset exchanges operate independently across jurisdictions, so small gaps appear constantly. The AIBE system is built to find and close them.

Technology

Built to say no

The system’s most important feature is the trades it refuses.

Market-neutral by design

Buy and sell legs execute near-simultaneously. The system doesn’t hold directional positions or depend on price appreciation – only on short-term divergence between venues.

Shield

Pre-trade risk controls

If fees, slippage or latency compress a spread below threshold before execution, the trade cancels itself. No marginal trades, no exceptions.

Small edges, at scale

Thousands of small executions daily. No single trade matters; the aggregate does.

04
Structure & governance

How AIBE is structured

“Targeted” means exactly that: an objective, not a promise. Distributions depend on actual trading results, reserves and applicable law – the Statement of Entitlements governs.

Entitlement 01

Monthly distributions, targeted at up to 5%

Hold AIBE on the last day of a month and you are on record for that month’s distribution. If declared, it is paid in USDC within 15 days after month end, directly to your wallet.

Entitlement 02

Potential return of the offering price

AIBE has a defined lifetime. At its end, the company may return the offering price per token in USDC, as part of the token return and burn process. The full cycle – entry, distributions, conclusion – is set out in writing before you commit.  Full details are provided in the SOE

What AIBE is not

It is not equity, and it is not a guaranteed income product. If a month’s results do not support a distribution, it can be reduced or skipped, and the SOE describes precisely under which conditions. We would rather you rely on the written terms than on a promise no one can responsibly make.

How participation works

01

Read

The Statement of Entitlements and the whitepaper are available from the Documents menu – read them thoroughly before you decide to participate. We can provide the subscription agreement here as well. Where this page and the SOE differ, the SOE governs.

02

Verify

.Complete KYC verification through our administrator, Monetaforge.ky  Every participant is verified – it keeps the offering compliant and protects both parties.

03

Allocate

Confirm your amount and complete the subscription agreement. Your tokens are delivered to your registered wallet on Polygon.

04

Receive

Record dates and declared distributions are published on the administrator’s entitlements page; payments arrive in USDC.

Eligibility line (directly under the steps): Participation is limited to qualified eligible accredited  investors. Eligibility is established during review and KYC verification – not on this website.

AIBE is a private offering. Participation is limited to investors who complete verification and meet eligibility requirements; it is not open to the general public.

FAQ 02 / 08
What does an AIBE token represent?

Contractual entitlements defined in the Statement of Entitlements – a potential targeted monthly trading gain distribution and the potential return of the offering price. It is not equity and not a share of the company.

FAQ 03 / 08
What is a “targeted” distribution?

A target the system is engineered and managed toward – not a guarantee. Actual distributions depend on trading results, costs and market conditions. The SOE governs.

FAQ 04 / 08
How does the system make money?
By capturing price differences for identical assets across exchanges. Returns come from market inefficiency, not market direction.
FAQ 05 / 08
What are the main risks?

Execution, liquidity, counterparty, technology and market risks apply, as with any advanced trading system. The SOE sets them out in full; please read it in its entirety before participating.

FAQ 06 / 08
Where do the documents live?
The Statement of Entitlements and whitepaper are available on this site; offering documents are provided to verified participants during onboarding.
FAQ 07 / 08

The audit report is provided to token holders every quarter and is performed by a licensed, US Certified Public Accountant

FAQ 08 / 08
How do I get in?
